I’m Carly—a designer, strategist, and researcher—working

at the intersection of creativity and global impact.

I’m a researcher, strategic designer, and international development leader with over a decade of experience co-creating with communities Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. With formal training in anthropology and human-centred design, I specialise in translating deep human insight into actionable strategies, high-impact programs, and meaningful systems change.

 

At my core, I believe every person deserves the chance to live a healthy, fulfilled life. This belief has guided every project I’ve led.

With & For is part part research and design advisory, and part platform for bold thought leadership. I blend strategy, design, and storytelling to help purpose-led people and organisations create meaningful, lasting change. I divide my work between:
